The Procedure Involves The Assignment Under The Maritime State Concession Regime, For A Period Of 15 Years, Of A State-Owned Area With A Total Surface Area Of ​​43,722 M2, Located In The Municipality Of Reggio Calabria In The Pentimele Area, With Tourist-Recreational And Productive Purposes , In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Variation To The Municipal Beach Plan And The Related Technical Implementation Regulations, And More Precisely: - Lot 4.L5 Cr Of 9942 M2 Of Land Area, Identified In Table 2.4_Agg.04-2024 Of The Pcs As Areas For Productive Activities Related To Shipping; - Lot 4.L5 Po Identified In Table 2.4_Agg.04-2024 Of The Pcs As Equipped Mooring Points With A Surface Area Of ​​6780 M2 Of Land Areas And 27000 M2 Of Water Surface. The Land Area Is Reported In The Land Registry On Map Sheet No. 18 Of The Municipality Of Reggio Calabria, Parcels Nos. 520, 473/Part, 704/Part, 705, 706, 10/Part.
