This Decision Has Been Made On The Basis Of An Assessment That An Overall Agreement For Both Production And Delivery Of The Green Food Waste Bags Is Most Appropriate. A Division Into Partial Agreements Could Also Complicate The Project Unnecessarily And Increase The Risk Of Coordination Problems Between Several Suppliers.
