Within The Scope Of The Task, The Contractor Will Prepare A Draft General Plan Of The Commune Along With A Justification Consisting Of A Text And Graphic Part In Accordance With The Requirements Provided For In The Acts Of March 27, 2003 On Spatial Planning And Development (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 1130) And Of October 3, 2008 On Providing Information About The Environment And Its Protection, Public Participation In Environmental Protection And On Environmental Impact Assessments Environment And The Regulation Of The Minister Of Development And Technology Of December 8, 2023 On The Draft General Plan Of The Commune, Documenting Planning Works In The Scope Of This Plan And Issuing Extracts And Drawings From It, And The Environmental Protection Law (Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 54) .4. After Preparing Each Study Covered By The Contract (Inventory, Ecophysiography, Draft Plan, Environmental Impact Forecast), The Contractor Will Provide Materials Electronically To Designated Contact Persons For Their Initial Verification And Acceptance.
