Building Construction Work – Construction Of A Kindergarten For Disabled Children At Ul. Kaszubska In Jastrzębie-Zdrój. 1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Construction Of A Building For The Needs Of A Special Kindergarten With The Necessary Connections And Installations, Parking Lots, A Fire Road And Other Land Development, As Well As Its Full Equipment Necessary To Perform The Planned Function. The Order Is Co-Financed By The Government Fund Polish Order Strategic Investment Program - Preliminary Promise No. Edition 8/2023/1996/Polskilad. The Investment Will Involve The Construction Of A New Building For The Special Kindergarten. The Aim Of The Investment Is To Create A New Facility For A Special Kindergarten For Children With Disabilities And Physical And Mental Dysfunctions. The Kindergarten Facility Will House 11 Departments. The New Segment Will Consist Of A Two-Story Central Part - Which Will House Teaching Rooms With Bathrooms And Rooms For Rehabilitation Equipment, Educational Aids And Cloakrooms. The Remaining Segments Will Be Single-Story. In The Northern Part There Are Technical Rooms Used For The Operation Of The Facility And A Kitchen. The Administration, Social Rooms And Teachers Room Are Located At The Main Entrance. The Southern Wing Is Intended For Rehabilitation And Occupational Therapy Rooms, Also Outside The Kindergartens Opening Hours. This Part Of The Building Will Be Publicly Accessible And Will Include, Among Others: From: Therapy Rooms, A Room For Early Child Development Support, A Room For Sensory Integration Classes, And Rooms For Specialists. The Building Will Be Equipped With Heat, Electricity And Sanitary Installations. Underfloor Heating Will Be Used. Water, Sanitary And Storm Sewage Systems Are Supplied Through The Existing Installation Networks In The Investment Area. The Kindergarten Will Be Powered By An Additional Photovoltaic Installation.
