Based On The Contract, Services Will Be Provided Regarding The Expansion And Development Of The Digital Workflow Automation System For Timișoara City Hall, Integrated With The Virtual One Stop Shop For Online Forms And Automated Administrative Procedures. This Purchase Includes: • Provision Of Software Subscriptions Necessary To Expand The Current Solution Based On M365/Exchange And Webcon Technologies. • System Installation And Configuration Services To Enable Optimal Implementation Of New It Flows. • Automating And Updating The Existing Administrative Procedures, To Support Their Implementation In Digital Format, Including Electronic Signature, Automatic Generation Of Documents And Sending Them By Email. • Support And Maintenance Services To Ensure The Continuous And Efficient Operation Of The Implemented Solution. Through This Purchase, The Municipality Of Timișoara Aims To Optimize Internal Processes And Increase The Accessibility Of Services For Citizens, Reducing Processing Time And Increasing Operational Efficiency.
