The Successful Bidder Will Perform Watershed And/Or Hydrological Assessments Of Selected Face Units, Watersheds, And Drainages Required To Support Operational Decision Making Throughout The East Kootenays, Bcts Cranbrook And Invermere Tsas. The Successful Bidder Will Conduct Office Reviews And Field Visits As Required To Complete The Assessments. The Assessments Will Provide Estimates Of Equivalent Clearcut Area, Hydrologic Recovery, And Make Recommendations To Determine The Feasibility Of Future Development In Those Areas Of Interest. The Successful Bidder Will Prepare Written Reports That Outline These Recommendations. The Successful Bidder (At The Direction Of Bcts Staff) May Be Required To Meet With Public Stakeholders To Answer Questions And/Or Present Their Findings With Bcts Staff At Public Meetings. The Work Will Be Completed In Accordance With The Final Approved Bcts Watershed Assessment And Risk Management Framework Practices Document And Needs To Be Consistent With The Fpbc/Egbc Practices Document Watershed Assessment And Management Of Hydrologic And Geomorphic Risk In The Forest Industry (Ver. 1.0, 2020).
