Subject Of The Public Procurement: The Subject Of The Procurement Is Periodically Recurring Deliveries Of Laboratory Consumables, Reagents And Other Medical Consumables For The Needs Of Mbal Pazardzhik Ad According To Nomenclature Units, Detailed In The Technical Specification, Which Is An Integral Part Of The Documentation For Conducting The Procedure. The Quantities Indicated In The Technical Specification For The Individual Nomenclature Units Are Estimated, Determined On The Basis Of The Previous Two-Year Consumption Of The Contracting Authority And Should Not Are Interpreted As An Obligation Of The Employer Neither For A Minimum Nor For A Maximum Total Quantity (Within The Scope Of The Contract) Of The Specified Products Under The Relevant Nomenclature Units. For The Duration Of The Contract, The Contracting Authority Reserves The Right To Change The Quantities Indicated In The Technical Specification According To Its Needs And In View Of The Number Of Patients, But They Are In Fulfillment Of The Subject Of The Contract. Deadline For The Execution Of The Public Procurement: Within A Period Of Two Years/Twenty-Four Months/, Counted From The Date Of Conclusion Of The Contract For The Awarding Of The Public Procurement, Through Periodic Deliveries According To Preliminary Requests From The Contracting Authority By Type And Quantity. If, After Its Expiration, No New Ppa Contracts With The Same Subject Matter Have Been Concluded, Its Effect Continues Under The Same Conditions, Until A New Ppa Procedure With The Same Subject Is Conducted, But Not For More Than 6 Months. Technical Conditions For The Execution Of The Public Order: The Technical Specification Consists Of 30 Separate Items. Each Applicant Can Submit Only One Proposal, Including The Implementation Of One, Several Or All Of The Specified Positions According To The Attached Specification. Applicants Must Submit Proposals For All Nomenclature Units Of The Position. Incomplete Or Partial Bids Will Not Be Accepted For Bid Consideration. The Condition Of Completeness For The Position Is Mandatory, If There Is No Proposal For A Nomenclature Unit, The Entire Position Is Not Evaluated. The Total Estimated Value Of The Entire Order Is Bgn 1,554,700. Without Vat. On The Basis Of Article 21, Paragraph 6 Of The Public Procurement Act, The Estimated Value Of Individual Items #27, #28, #29 And #30 Is Below 20% Of The Total Estimated Value Of The Entire Order (Bgn 48,400). The Estimated Value Of Separate Items #27, #28, #29 And #30 Falls Within The Thresholds Of Article 20, Paragraph 4 Of The Public Procurement Act And On This Basis They Will Be Awarded Directly. Bids For These Designated Items Should Not Be Submitted And Will Not Be Considered.
