The Implementation Will Be Carried Out Based On The Conservation Work Program Bridge Structures In The Cytadela Park, Design Documentation, In Accordance With Permit No. 397/2023 Of The Municipal Conservator Of Monuments Of April 19, 2023, By Resolution Of The Regional Director For Environmental Protection In Poznań Of December 14, 2023, Permission Of The Municipal Conservator Of Monuments No. 530/2023 Of May 24, 2023 And Decision Of The Municipal Conservator Of Monuments No. 417/2023 Of December 28, 2023 Amending The Above-Mentioned Permit No. 530/2023, As Well As Decision No. 553/2024 Of August 8, 2024 Granting A Construction And Demolition Permit. The Basis For Assessing The Quality And Acceptance Of The Completed Construction Works And Developing A Quality Assurance Program By The Contractor Is The Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works Constituting An Annex To The Swz. The Subject Of The Order Also Includes The Provision Of Services Related To Construction Works And The Provision Of Services/Supplies Related To The Construction Works Performed. The Entire Subject Of The Order Is Subject To Execution In Accordance With The Principles Of Technical Knowledge And Engineering Art And Generally Applicable Law.
