1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Implementation Of The Investment Called Reconstruction And Retrofitting Of The Hospital Emergency Department At Spzoz In Parczew In The Design And Build Formula.2. The Subject Of The Order Includes In Particular: 1) Design Of Works, Including Obtaining All Arrangements, Conditions And Decisions Necessary For The Implementation Of The Investment In Accordance With Applicable Regulations; 2) Performance Of Construction Works And Supplies, Based On The Prepared Design Documentation; 3) Obtaining And Providing The Ordering Party With All Arrangements, Conditions And Decisions Necessary To Transfer The Investment For Use In Accordance With Applicable Regulations.3. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order, Including The Parameters Of The Investment Task And Details Of Technical Solutions, Is Included In The Technical Documentation Constituting An Annex To The Swz.4. The Ordering Party Pursuant To Art. 310 Point 1 Of The Public Procurement Act Indicates That It May Invalidate This Procurement Procedure At Any Stage (Also After Selecting The Most Advantageous Offer) If The Public Funds That The Ordering Party Intends To Allocate To Finance This Order Have Not Been Awarded To It. The Order Is Financed Under Contract No. Doi/Fm/Smpl/65/Mdsor/2023/336/303 For The Granting Of A Targeted Subsidy To Co-Finance The Implementation Of The Investment Entitled Reconstruction And Retrofitting Of The Emergency Department At The Spzoz In Parczew.5. The Ordering Party Informs That Before Preparing And Submitting The Offer, It Is Possible To Inspect The Area Whose Reconstruction Is Covered By The Order. An On-Site Visit May Be Carried Out After Prior Arrangement With The Ordering Party, On Working Days (I.E. Monday To Friday), From 8:00 A.M. To 2:00 P.M.6. The Ordering Party Requires The Contractor And Subcontractor To Employ, Under An Employment Contract (Within The Meaning Of The Provisions Of The Labor Code), Persons Performing The Following Activities Within The Scope Of The Execution Of The Order, If The Performance Of These Activities Involves Performing Work In The Manner Specified In Art. 22 §1 Of The Labor Code: Physical Work In The Performance Of Construction Works, Excluding Work Performed By Persons Performing Independent Technical Functions In Construction Within The Meaning Of The Provisions Of The Construction Law.
