The Subject Of The Order Is The Preparation Of A Draft General Spatial Development Plan For The Kobiele Wielkie Commune, Referred To In Art. 13A Of The Act On Spatial Planning And Development (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 1130, As Amended) Along With Spatial Data And Environmental Impact Forecast, In Accordance With Resolution No. Iv/29/24 Of The Kobiele Wielkie Commune Council Of July 12, 2024 Regarding The Commencement Of The Preparation Of The General Plan Of The Kobiele Commune Great And Active Participation In The Work And Activities Related To The Preparation And Adoption Of The General Plan.
