The Contract Services Include The Turnkey And Ready-To-Move-In Construction Of The Construction Project, Including The Necessary Architectural And Engineering Services After The Building Permit (Service Phases 5 To 9 According To Hoai) - Semi-Functional Tender According To § 7C Eu Vob/A. The Scope Of Services Results From The Functional Service Description And The Planning + Construction Contract, Which Is Attached To The Tender Documents.
