The Object Of The Contract Is Design Services, Technical Assistance From The Designer And Execution Of Works For The Objective Integrated Energy Renovation Of The Simion Bărnutiu Technological High School In The Municipality Of Carei. The Design Stage Includes: Elaboration Of Pac/Dtac, Dtad, Pt, Poe/Dtoe And De; Documentation For Approvals And Obtaining Approvals For The Execution Of Works, Requested Through Cu; Obtaining The Necessary Technical Checks According To The Regulations In Force. The Purchase Of All The Necessary Materials And Products, All The Machinery, Means And Equipment (Including Any Lifting Or Handling Equipment) Necessary For The Execution Of The Works; 2. Any Activity Or Provisional Work Necessary For The Preparation Of The Site, Or Any Authorization Required By The Contractor From The Competent Authorities For The Execution Of The Works And The Realization Of The Temporary Activities And Works; 3. The Transport To The Construction Site Of Any Materials, Machines, Components And Work Equipment, Of Any Normal Or Extraordinary Means Necessary For The Execution Of The Works; 4. Any Testing And Relevant Tests, As These Tests And Tests Are Required By Legislation And Regulations In The Field Of Quality Assurance System In Construction; 5. Any Consumables Necessary For The Execution Of The Works And The Carrying Out Of The Tests; 6.
