Construction-Site Supervision Services - Exercise Of Construction Supervision During The Implementation Of The Smr For The Project: Overhaul Of Part Of The Road On Zdravets And Lyulyak Streets, Town Velingrad. Continuation From Section Description (Bt-24-Procedure): 9) Constant Monitoring Regarding Compliance With The Schedule For The Implementation Of The Smp, As Well As Monitoring For Deviations From Them And Timely Reporting To The Contracting Authority About Any Deviations That Occurred During The Execution Of The Works. Requirement Of Measures By The Contractor Under The Smp Contract To Correct Deviations, As Well As Control Over Compliance With These Measures And, If Necessary, Reporting On The Latter. 9.1. Prior Detailed Familiarization With The Content Of The Contractors Proposed Smp Schedule, As Well As In Case Of Applicability - An Updated One; 9.2. Control Over Their Compliance According To The Actual Progress Of The Smr And, If Necessary, Inform The Contracting Authority. Accompanying Activities: • Ensuring Compliance With The Conditions For Labor Safety, In Accordance With The Law On Health And Safety At Work (Zbut) And Its Regulations; • Preventing Damage To Third Parties And Property As A Result Of The Construction; • Ensuring The Necessary Organization For Effective Supervisory Activity And The Communication Of Its Team Regarding The Legal Start Of Construction, The Inspections Related To The Implementation Of Construction In Accordance With The Approved Investment Projects And The Requirements Of Art. 169, Para. 1 And Para. 3 Of Zut; • Checks For The Presence Of The Authors Supervision On The Relevant Parts Of The Investment Projects During The Implementation Of The Construction And Installation Activities, As Well As Controls (If Applicable) The Compliance Of The Working Drawings And Details With The Provisions Of The Current Legislation And The Contract With The Smr Contractor, As Well And In Applicable Cases – With Other Construction Participants And/Or Interested Parties; • Gives Instructions For Accurate And High-Quality Implementation Of The Smp And Making Decisions On Technical Issues That Do Not Change The Technical Projects /After Prior Agreement With The Contracting Authority/; • Discusses With The Authors Of The Projects And The Contractor Of The Smr The Problems That Have Arisen In Connection With The Smr And Informs The Contracting Authority And The Relevant Rdnsk Of Any Violation Of The Building Regulations Within Three Days After The Violation; • Requires The Preparation Of Executive Documentation And Other Technical Documentation On The Implementation Of The Smp By The Smp Contractor; • Jointly Signs With The Authors Of The Project And With The Smr Contractor The Prepared Executive Documentation And Its Presentation To The Authorities, According To Art. 175 Of The Zut; • Assists The Contracting Authority, After The Completion Of The Construction And Assembly Works And Completion Of The Acceptance Tests (When Applicable), To Make (Register) A Request For Putting The Construction Into Operation, Submitting The Final Report And Other Documents According To The Requirements Of The Zut; • Attends All Meetings Between The Participants In The Construction Process, Regardless Of Whose Request Or Work Schedule They Are Held, And Each Time Reports On The Main Activities (Types Of Work) Of The Construction, For Which Ongoing Construction Supervision Has Been Exercised Up To That Point
