The Basic Improvement Project In The Building Includes The Repair Of Moisture And Microbial Damage, Facades And Water Roof Structures, As Well As The Renewal Of The Buildings Surface Structures And Building Technology And The Garden Area Of ​​The Kindergarten. The Project Includes Demolition Work Outside The Facade And Water Roof. All Wall And Ceiling Structures And The Floor Of The First Floor Will Be Renewed Up To The Load-Bearing Structure. Demolition Work Inside The Building Has Already Been Done By The Customer. According To The Preliminary Plan, The Construction Of The Site Is To Start In The Summer Of 2025. The Goal Of The Renovation Is To Be Completed No Later Than May 2026, When The Contract Site Has Been Handed Over To The Customer With His Approval. The Daycare Center Is Located On The Same Plot As The Kannelmäki Elementary School, Which Must Be Taken Into Account When Carrying Out The Renovation.
