The Order Covers The Implementation Of All Construction Supervision Activities During Construction Within The Mandatory Scope Regulated In The Zut And The By-Laws On Its Implementation. Construction Category - Iv Category, According To Art. 137, Paragraph 1, Item 4 Of The Zut. According To The Completed Design Contract, The Municipality Of Troyan Has An Investment Project Approved By Oesut-Troyan And A Construction Permit Issued No. 169/06.12.2021 And Entered Into Force On 29.12.2021. For Each Of The Project Parts, An Explanatory Note, Working Drawings And Details, As Well As Design And Accounting Documentation, According To The Requirements Of Zut And Ordinance No. 4 On The Scope And Content Of Investment Projects, Are Presented. The Project Solution Includes The Following Functionally Separated Parts / Premises /: Office For A General Practitioner; Manipulation To The Cabinet; Dentists Office; Waiting Room; Storage Room For Sterile Consumables And Sanitary Materials, Etc.; A Room For Used Materials, And Working Clothing Of The Staff; Bathroom For Staff, Bathroom For Patients, Including Disabled Persons; Room - Ausgus, Disinfectants And Inventory. For The Facility Subject To The Order, The Following Types Of Smr Will Be Performed: - By Part Of Architecture: Partition Walls Made Of Plasterboard, Facade And Interior Joinery, Roofing Works, Plastering And Cladding Works, Painting Works, Etc. Thermal Insulation On External Enclosing Walls, Floor And Ceiling, - By Electrical Part: Building Power And Lighting Electricity. Installations, Lightning Protection And Grounding, Structural Wiring (Internet, Telephone, Etc.); - By Plumbing Part: Building Plumbing Installation; - By Part Of Hvac: Air Conditioners - Split System; - By Part Vertical Layout – Flooring, Landscaping And Ramp. After Completion Of The Cmr Of The Site, The Consultant Should Prepare A Final Report To The Contracting Authority - Municipality Of Troyan For Putting The Site Into Operation. On The Basis Of Art. 176 A Of The Zut And Ordinance No. 5 Of 12/28/2006. For The Technical Passports Of The Constructions, The Consultant Performing Construction Supervision Should Prepare And Submit An Updated Technical Passport For The Construction. The Contractor Will Exercise The Functions Of Safety And Health Coordinator Of Each Sub-Site In The Period From The Certification Of The Order Book To The Signing Of The Constitutive Act Rev. 15 (No Remarks). The Consultant Is Obliged To Regularly Visit The Construction Site And Monitor The Implementation Of The Site. Preparation Of All Necessary Documents For The Implementation Of The Site Under The Zut And The Requirements Of The Project. Preparation Of All The Necessary Documents For The Issuance Of A Certificate For Putting The Site Into Operation.
