Doubles Minor Contract For The Recovery And Conditioning Of The Old Talladell Laundries (Phase Ii).The Project Of Reform And Conditioning Of The Public Washrooms Of Talladell Aims To Propose An Intervention That Affects The Original State Of The Old Washrooms As Little As Possible. In This Second Phase, It Is Proposed To Address The Following Works: 1.- The Treatment Of The Perimeter Walls Which Will Include: - The Excavation Until Reaching The Desired Level.- The Removal Of Vegetation, The Cleaning Of Walls And Their Consolidation, Avoiding Detachments.- The Leveling Of The Upper Part And The Arrangement Of Their Crowning With Lime Mortar.- The Emptying And Filling Of The Joints With Lime Mortar. 2.- The Archaeological Excavation At The Head Of The Washrooms In Order To Discover New Elements That Ratify The Actions Of Phase Ii.3.- The Excavation Of Trench For The Foundations Of The Tiers, The Closing Walls And The Base Of The Stairs. 4.- The Construction Of The Foundations With Reinforced Concrete, The Stone Walls And The Reinforced Concrete Walls, According To What Will Be Developed In The Executive Project. 5.- The Rebler Between Walls With Artificial All-U, The Construction Of The Slabs Between Walls And The Staircase Lateral. 6.- The Placement Of A Railing Crowning The Upper Wall. 7.- The Continuation Of The Drainage From The Casket Of Phase I To The Exit To The Drainage. 8.- The Improvement Of Lowering Accesses I Providing An Artificial All-In-One Layer.
