Commencement Of The Service At The Site Of The Incident Within The Time Proposed And Specified In The Offer Form In Minutes, From The Moment Of Receiving A Telephone Notification About The Incident From The Ordering Party Or Another Authorized Entity. 3) Securing Spilled Petroleum Substances, Body Fluids Of Human And Animal Origin, Paints And Operating Fluids From The Cars Involved In The Incident Using Appropriate Chemicals Such As Sorbent Or Sand - Manually Or Mechanically Using A Truck With A Sand Spreader (If Protection Is Necessary Large Leaks) And Then Remove Them In Accordance With Environmental Protection Regulations. Additionally, Incident Sites Should Be Protected Against The Effects Of Waste, Its Spread And Environmental Contamination - Only In Special Cases When Such A Task Cannot Be Performed By Specialized Chemical Rescue Units Of The Fire Service. 5) Collecting And Removing Dead Animals And Their Post-Slaughter Remains From The Roads Of The City Of Opole, Including Their Disposal And Transport To A Plant Authorized For Collection And Disposal.
