The Implementation Of Engineering Includes The Following Main Activities: Activity I - Preparation Of An Investment Project Including: A. Development Of An Investment Project In The Technical Design Phase, According To The Volume And Scope Regulated In Ordinance No. 4 Of 21.05.2001. For The Scope And Content Of The Investment Projects, Other Applicable Current Legislation, As Well As The Requirements Laid Down In The Technical Specification For The Development Of The Investment Project, As Well As Activities Representing A Condition, Consequence Or Addition To It, In Accordance With The Regulations, And The Current State Of The Object, Including Operating Companies And Other Bodies And Approval According To The Order Of The Zut. B. Removal, At Your Own Expense, Of Project Deficiencies Identified In The Course Of Inspections By The Contracting Authority And/Or The Construction Supervision In Accordance With The General Terms And Conditions, Including During Construction. Construction Is The Second Group, The Third Category In The Sense Of Zut. Activity Ii - Execution Of Construction And Assembly Works For The Realization Of The Construction Of The Site, According To The Investment Project Prepared By The Contractor, Quantities And Types Of Smr And All Activities Reflected In The Technical Specification, The Proposal For The Execution Of The Order And The Price Proposal. The Subject Of Activity Ii Includes The Implementation Of The Following Activities, Which Are Related To The Implementation Of The Construction And Assembly Works Of The Construction And Are A Condition, Consequence Or Addition To Them: The Construction Works Are Carried Out According To The Prepared And Approved Technical Project For The Construction And The Instructions And The Orders In The Order Book; Delivery And Investment In The Construction Of The Construction Products Necessary And Corresponding To The Technical Specifications And The Technical Project; Provision Of Land For The Needs Of Construction - For Temporary Construction, For Storage Of Materials And Equipment And Other Needs, In Connection With The Implementation Of The Construction, Established By The Safety And Health Plan; If Necessary To Carry Out Relocation Works, During And In Connection With The Implementation Of Construction, Of Underground And Above-Ground Networks And Facilities.
