Engineering Support Services – Engineering Services For The Purpose Of Obtaining The Location And Design Authorization For The Dfdsma Final Repository Facility (Final Repository For Low And Medium Activity Radioactive Waste). The Economic Operator Will Provide Engineering Services In Order To Obtain Authorizations, Agreements And Approvals From The Romanian Authorities Involved In The Development Of The Dfdsma Project, According To National Regulations And, At The Same Time, From International Bodies, In Accordance With The Applicable European Directives. The Engineering Services Consist In The Updating/Elaboration Of Technical Documentation Necessary To Obtain Authorizations, Agreements And Approvals According To The National And International Regulations In Force. Also, Within The Framework Of This Contract, The Economic Operator Will Provide Technical Support To The Andr Staff, Which Will Consist Of: Supporting The Technical Documentation In The Approval Process Of The Dfdsma Project, Developing Points Of View/Answers To The Requests Of The Approving Authorities, Participating With Andr In Meetings, Sessions Requested By The Advisory Authorities, Participation And Support Of Environmental Documentation In Public Debate Meetings, Etc. The Contract Will Materialize In The Delivery By An Economic Operator Of The Supporting Technical Documentation For Obtaining The Location And Design Authorizations Issued By Cncan, Of The Agreements And Approvals Necessary For The Development And Implementation Of The Dfdsma Project, By Carrying Out The Following Activities: - Evaluation, Completion, Updating And Elaboration The Dfdsma Feasibility Study, In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Legislation In Force; - Evaluation, Completion, Updating And Elaboration Of The Preliminary Criteria For Acceptance Of Radioactive Waste For Storage At The Dfdsma, In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Legislation In Force; - Evaluation, Completion, Updating And Elaboration Of Dfdsmas Radiological Safety Assessment Documentation For The Placement Phase, In Accordance With National Radiological Safety Rules In Force; - Obtaining The Environmental Agreement For The Dfdsma Project Issued By The Competent Authority For Environmental Protection In Romania, Including The Necessary Supporting Technical Documentation (Environmental Impact Assessment Report, Adequate Assessment Report, Etc.), According To The Legal Requirements In Force; - Obtaining The Dfdsma Location Authorization From Cncan, Including The Technical Documentation Supporting The Authorization, According To The Legal Requirements In Force; - Obtaining The Dfdsma Design Authorization From Cncan, Including The Supporting Technical Documentation For This Authorization Phase According To The Legal Requirements In Force.
