The Current Tender Concerns A Scada System For Managing The Operation And Monitoring Of Fors Facilities Across Geography And Supply Areas. As Part Of The Agreement, The Prospective Supplier Must Undertake The Delivery Of The Scada System, Installation, Configuration, Development Of The Standard, And Conversion Of A Number Of Pilot Projects, As Proof Of Concept. Likewise, The Prospective Supplier Must Undertake Operation, Maintenance And Support Of The System During The Term Of The Contract. An Agreement Is Offered With A Duration Of 8 Years, With The Possibility Of Termination After 30 Months. The Contract Is Estimated To Have A Value Of Approx. Dkk 40,000,000. Applicant/Tenderer Should Note That Due To The Special Nature Of Contract Annex 02A - Plc Overview And Contract Annex 02B - Pilot Plant, As Well As Sub-Annexes Thereto, These Annexes Must Be Requisitioned By Pre-Qualified Tenderers, Which Is Done At The Request Of The Ordering Party Via Ethics. For This Reason, The Contracting Authority Has Extended The Offer Deadline By 5 Days, Cf. § 133 Of The Public Procurement Act. Delivery Is Subject To The Prior Submission Of A Signed Confidentiality Statement By The Contracting Authority.
