    Expression of Interest for Selection of a Consulting Firm for Data Collection and Development of the Energy Information System (EIS) in the Republic of Niger. 2. The Consultants services consist of: a. Assist SIE-Niger in defining energy indicators. b. Update the SIE-Niger database. c. Assist SIE-Niger in the prospective analysis of supply and demand energy. d. Strengthen the capacities of the Regional Directorates of the Ministry of Energy in the development of the SIE. 8.
