Unicef Campus 4 Includes The Construction Of A New Distribution Center To Replace Unicefs Existing Facilities On Oceanvej In Copenhagens Nordhavn. The Client Builds The Facility For The Tenant (The Danish Building Agency, Which Sub-Lets To The Ministry Of Foreign Affairs) And Its User (Unicef). The Unicef Campus 4 Project Generally Includes The Following Facilities, Which Must Be Distributed Between The General Contractor (Byg) And Mhe Contractor (Mhc) (The Latter Is A Separate Tender): 1) General Contractor (Byg/Cwc) (This Tendered General Contractor Contract (The “General Contractor Contract”) ): The General Contractor Must Complete The Design And Build The Administration Building (Domicile), A Low-Level Warehouse With Associated Administration, Connection Building (Backbone), Sprinkler Reservoir, Electrical Building And Other Smaller Buildings As Well As Base Plates For Two Fully Automatic High-Bay Warehouses. The General Contractor Must Also Carry Out Exterior Work, Including, Among Other Things, Landscape Work And Paving Work, Etc. 2) Material Handling Equipment (Mhe): Mhc Must Perform The Full Material Handling Solution, Including The Two High Warehouses, Automation In The Connection Building (Backbone) And In The Low Warehouse, All Supported By An Integrated Wms. Mhc Must Also Deliver A Clad Rack Solution For The Two High-Bay Warehouses. The Turnkey Contract Is Expected To Be Carried Out In The Period August 2025 – November 2028, As Well As Subsequent Participation In A 1-Year Inspection And A 5-Year Inspection, Including The Rectification Of Any Defects.
