In Order To Reduce Electricity Costs And Achieve An Environmental Effect, Delivery, Installation, Adjustment, Testing, Commissioning And Training Of Personnel To Operate The Photovoltaic System In Accordance With The Technical Specification And The Approved Investment Project Of The Contractor, The Technical And Price Proposal With The Attached Ccs Of The Contractor From His Bid For Participation, Representing An Integral Part Of This Contract For The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order And In Accordance With The Requirements Of The Law On Organization Of The Territory /Zut/ And Related By-Laws. 4.
