1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Development Of Design Documentation For The Elimination Of Energy Losses In Primary School Buildings (Two Tasks), I.E. For The Buildings Of Primary School No. 1 In Rydułtowy And The Building Of Primary School No. 2 In Rydułtowy, Along With Obtaining The Appropriate Permit To Carry Out Construction Works Respectively For Individual Industries, I.E. Architectural, Electrical, Central Heating Installations. And Hot Water, Gas And Ventilation. 2. The Subject Of The Order Includes: 1) Development Of Complete Documentation Containing: A) Geodetic And Cartographic Documentation, B) Multi-Discipline Construction Design, C) Multi-Discipline Technical Design, D) Multi-Discipline Detailed Design, E) Information Regarding Safety And Health Protection, F) Specification Technical Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works For Individual Industries, G) Investor Cost Estimates For Individual Industries, H) Bills Of Quantities For Individual Industries. 2) Inventory Of The Facility To The Extent Necessary To Develop Design Documentation, 3) Obtaining A Chimney Sweep Opinion, 4) Obtaining Starting Materials For Obtaining Opinions, Arrangements And Permits Required By Regulations, 5) Obtaining Technical Conditions From The Owners Of Existing Networks And Preparing Design Documentation For Removing Or Securing Conflicts All Industries Involved, 6) Obtaining All Necessary Arrangements And Decisions To Complete The Order, 7) Developing An Ornithological And Chiropterological Expertise Along With Obtaining (If Necessary) A Permit Regional Director Of Environmental Protection In Katowice For The Removal Of Bird Habitats And Sanctuaries. If There Is No Need To Obtain An Ornithological Decision - Issuing An Appropriate Declaration, 8) Developing Temporary Traffic Organization And Obtaining Its Approval For The Duration Of Construction Works, 9) Obtaining Appropriate Permits For Construction Works Enabling The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order. If It Is Not Necessary To Obtain An Appropriate Permit, Prepare A Declaration Indicating The Appropriate Basis Under The Construction Law, 10) The Solutions Provided For In The Design Documentation Should Meet The Calculation Parameters Of The Ecological Effect, Energy Audit Indicators Of Facilities - Ex Ante Audits, 11) Obtaining Consent To Enter Into Area During Construction Works - If Necessary. 3. The Scope Of The Developed Design Documentation Will Include Designs To The Extent Taking Into Account The Specificity Of The Ordered Construction Works And The Conditions Contained In The Obtained Opinions And Arrangements, Consisting Of: 1) Appropriate Map Bases Along With An Excerpt And Extract From The Land Register In Order To Develop Design Documentation And Obtain Appropriate Permits For The Performance Of Construction Works Enabling The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order, 2) The General Part, Providing A General Description For Each Construction Project, 3) A Set Of Obtain
