Regulation Of The Minister Of Development And Technology Of December 8, 2023 On The Draft General Plan Of The Commune, Documenting Planning Works In The Scope Of This Plan And Issuing Extracts And Drawings From It (Journal Of Laws Of 2023, Item 2758), C. Act Of October 3, 2008 On The Provision Of Information On The Environment And Its Protection, Public Participation In Environmental Protection And Environmental Impact Assessments (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 1112, As Amended), In Accordance With The Provisions Of Resolution No. V/36/24 Of The Świerklaniec Commune Council Of July 25, 2024 On The Commencement Of The Preparation Of The General Plan Of The Świerklaniece Commune.
