Part 1 Successive Collection, Transport And Management Of Waste With Code 19 08 05 - Stabilized Municipal Sewage Sludge, Estimated Quantity: 1000 Mg. Scope, Deadline And Rules For The Implementation Of The Service: 1) The Ordering Party Allows Various Ways Of Managing The Collected Sewage Sludge (Methods Using All Possible And Available Technologies And Methods Of Their Processing At A Given Time, Including Within The Scope Specified In Article 96 Section 1 Of The Waste Act, Provided That The Contractor Ensures Full Compliance Of Such Activities With Generally Applicable Legal Provisions, Including The Objectives, Conditions And Principles Of Waste Management Specified In The Waste Act And The Implementing Provisions Of This Act, Provided That The Ordering Party Is Allowed To Control.2 ) Storage Of The Collected Sewage Sludge Is Excluded3) Collection Of Stabilized Municipal Sewage Sludge Will Take Place Successively According To The Submitted Demand From The Sewage Treatment Plant Sewage In Wiązownica.4) Stabilized Municipal Sewage Sludge Will Be Collected From Boxes (3 Pcs.). The Sludge Is Temporarily Stored At The Sewage Treatment Plant In Wiązownica In The Above-Mentioned Boxes. 5) Information About The Demand For The Collection Of A Batch Of Stabilized Municipal Sewage Sludge Will Be Provided To The Supplier By Telephone Or Electronically, Specifying The Quantity And Place Of Collection Of A Given Batch, 6) The Ordering Party May Submit A Demand For The Collection, Transport And Management Of Stabilized Municipal Sewage Sludge In The Period From The Conclusion Of The Contract To December 26, 2025. 7) Transport, Collection And Management Of Waste Code 19 08 05 Should Be Carried Out In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Waste Act Of December 14, 2013, The Regulation Of The Minister Of The Environment Of February 6, 2015, On Municipal Sewage Sludge And Related Other Implementing Acts.8) In The Event Of The Contractor Taking Over Sewage Sludge For The Purpose Of Using It Specified In Art. 96 Section 1 Of The Waste Act, In The R10 Recovery Process, The Contractor Should Also Be Provided With Another (In Accordance With The Waste Act) Backup Method Of Sludge Management In The Event Of Periodic Or Temporary Inability To Use It In The Recovery Process. 9) The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Reduce The Scope Of Collection In The Event Of Lack Of Demand. 10) Due To The Limited Scope Of Collection, The Contractor Will Not Be Entitled To Any Claim, Including Financial, Against The Ordering Party. 11) The Contractor Is Obliged To Transport The Waste With Its Own Equipment Or May Commission The Transport To A Subcontractor , If It Has All Legally Required Decisions, Permits And Permits.12) The Ordering Party Absolutely Requires That Vehicles Transporting Waste And Sewage Sludge Outside The Treatment Plant Area Tight, Stable (Preventing Sediments From Sliding And Getting Outside The Vehicle), With An Easily Removable Loading Box Cover (Tarpaulin), T
