The Subject Of The Order Is: Provision Of Maintenance And Servicing Services For Mechanical Ventilation And Air Conditioning Installations In The Facilities Of The Maritime University Of Gdynia. The Ordering Party Does Not Envisage Awarding The Order In Parts. The Contractor Must Pay A Deposit Of 3%. The Ordering Party Envisages Awarding Additional Orders Up To 50% I . Description Of The Subject Of The Order 1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of Maintenance And Service Services For Ventilation And Air-Conditioning Devices In The Facilities Of The Maritime University Of Gdynia At Ul. Morska 81-87 Gdynia, Ul. Al. Jana Pawła Ii 3 Gdynia, Ul. Sędzickiego 19 Gdynia, Ul. Długi Targ 41/42 Gdańsk, 2. The Scope Of Work Includes Service And Maintenance, Ensuring Proper Operation And Continuous Maintenance Of Systems, And: 1) Description Of Service And Maintenance Activities - In Accordance With Annex No. 1 2) List Of Fans, Air Conditioning Devices, Refrigeration Units And An Air Curtain With An Electric And Water Heater In Accordance With Annex No. 53) List Of Maintenance Materials Provided By The Contractor - In Accordance With The Annex No. 43. The Works Are To Be Carried Out In Accordance With The Description Of Service And Maintenance Activities, Occupational Health And Safety And Fire Protection Regulations. And Instructions Of Manufacturers Or Suppliers, And Good Engineering Practice.4. In The Event Of A Failure, The Contractor Is Obliged To Respond To The Notification Within A Specified Time, In Accordance With His Obligation Indicated In The Contract Template. By The Service Response Time, The Ordering Party Understands The Time Counted From Notifying The Contractor By Phone (Including Sms) Or E-Mail About Irregularities Until The Contractor Takes Corrective Actions At The Site Of The Failure.5. The Contractor Is Obliged To Make Repairs Immediately, But Within A Period Not Longer Than 3 Days (From The Moment Of Notifying The Contractor In The Manner Referred To In Point 5, And In The Case Of Waiting For The Delivery Of Spare Parts, Within A Period Not Longer Than 14 Days (Counted From The Date Of Reporting The Failure). To The Contractor), Unless Meeting This Deadline Is Impossible For Reasons Beyond The Control Of The Contractor. If It Is Impossible To Complete The Repair Within The Above-Mentioned Deadline For Reasons Beyond The Control Of The Contractor, The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Immediately Notify The Ordering Party Of This Fact And Perform The Repair Within The Time Agreed With The Ordering Party, 6. In The Event Of A Possible Failure Of The Devices Indicated In The List Of Devices To Be Serviced (Appendix No. 5), The Contractor Is Obliged To Ensure The Temperature Needs Of Individual Rooms At The Request Of The Ordering Party And Within The Deadline Designated, The Contractor Will Deliver And Install A Replacement Portable Cooling Or Heating Device With A Total Minimum Power Of 20 Kw. 7.
