Expected Number Of Hours And People Under Care: 1) Specialized Care Services For People With Mental Disorders: A) Approx. 7,000 Hours Per Year, B) Expected Number Of People: 16 People.3. The Scope Of Specialized Care Services For People With Mental Disorders Includes In Particular: 1) Teaching And Developing Skills Necessary For Independent Living, In Particular: A) Developing The Ability To Meet Basic Life Needs And Social Functioning Skills, Motivating To Activity, Treatment And Rehabilitation, Conducting Self-Service And Social Skills Training, As Well As Support, Also In The Form Of Assistance In Everyday Life Activities, In Particular Such As: Self-Service, Especially Performing Economic And Cleaning Activities, Including The Ability To Maintain And Run A Home, Taking Care Of Hygiene And Appearance, Maintaining Contacts With Household Members, Peers, At The Place Of Study And Work And With The Local Community, Organizing And Spending Free Time Together, Using The Services Of Various Institutions, B) Interventions And Help In Family Life, In Including: Assistance In Coping With Crisis Situations - Specialist Counseling, Crisis Interventions, Psychological Support, Therapeutic Conversations, Facilitating Access To Education And Culture, Counseling, Coordination Of Activities Of Other Services For The Family Of Which The Person Receiving Help In The Form Of Specialized Services Is A Member, Shaping Positive Relationships Of The Supported Person With Close People, Cooperation With The Family - Shaping Appropriate Attitudes Towards A Sick Or Disabled Person.2) Care - As A Support For The Process Treatment, Including: A) Assistance In Access To Health Services, B) Arranging And Monitoring The Dates Of Medical Visits And Diagnostic Tests, C) Assistance In Purchasing Or Ordering Medicines At The Pharmacy, D) Supervising The Intake Of Medicines And Observing Possible Side Effects Of Their Use, E) In Particularly Justified Cases, Changing Dressings, Assistance In The Use Of Medical Aids And Materials, Orthopedic Items, As Well As In Maintaining Hygiene, F) Assistance In Getting To To Health Care Facilities, G) Assistance In Reaching Rehabilitation Facilities. 3) Physical Rehabilitation And Improvement Of Impaired Body Functions To The Extent Not Covered By The Provisions Of The Act Of August 27 2004 On Health Care Services Financed From Public Funds (I.E.
