1. The Subject Of The Order Is A Catering Service - Consisting In The Preparation, Delivery And Serving Of Hot One-Dish Meals For The School And Kindergarten Complex In Płużnica. A) The Subject Of The Order Includes The Preparation Of One Hot Meal A Day, I.E. A Regenerative Soup With An Insert For 2 Days A Week And A Second Course For 3 Days. B) Meals Will Be Delivered To Two Buildings 8 Km Apart. The Building In Płużnica And The Building In Nowa Wieś Królewska. C) Estimated Number Of Children 85. D) The Exact Daily Number Of Portions Will Be Agreed With The Ordering Party And Will Be Updated In Accordance With Current Demand. E) The Exact Number Of Portions Ordered Will Be Given At Least 1 Day In Advance. F) In The Event Of Increased Sickness Or Absence Of Children, As Well As In The Event Of Suspension Of The Operations Of The Facilities For Reasons Beyond The Ordering Partys Control, The Ordering Party Has The Right To Limit The Number Of Meals. G) Financial Settlement Will Be Made Monthly, Based On The Portions Actually Spent. H) Products In The Daily Menu Must Comply With The Regulation Of The Minister Of Health Of July 26, 2016 On Groups Of Foodstuffs Intended For Sale To Children And Adolescents In The Education System And The Requirements That Must Be Met By Foodstuffs Used As Part Of Collective Feeding Of Children And Adolescents In These Units (Journal Of Laws Of 2016, Item 1154) I) Menu Containing Information On The Caloric Value Of Meals, Will Be Prepared By The Contractor For A Period Of 14 Business Days (2 Weeks) And Delivered To The Ordering Party For Prior Approval. Any Changes To The Menu Suggested By The Ordering Party Will Be Binding On The Contractor. J) Meals Must Be Transported In Catering Thermos Flasks Ensuring The Maintenance Of The Eating Temperature And Having The Required Certificates Of The National Institute Of Hygiene And The Food And Consumer Products Testing Institute. A Car Transporting Meals Should Meet Sanitary And Epidemiological Requirements. K) Consumer Waste Remaining After Delivered Meals Will Be Collected By The Contractor The Next Day. The Contractor Will Provide Containers For Consumer Waste. L) The Storage Of Food Samples Is The Responsibility Of The Contractor Delivering The Meals.
