Expression of Interest are invited for Consultancy Services for the Development of a Policy Framework on Early Childhood Development (ECD). 1. The Commission for Womens Affairs, Child Development, Family Welfare, Consumer Protection & Handicraft is proceeding with an Expression of Interest online and is inviting national and international Consultants of Mauritian nationals or entities incorporated in Mauritius/opened to local consultants through the Government eProcurement System for Consultancy Services for the Development of a Policy Framework on Early Childhood Development (ECD) 2. Expression of Interest documents may be downloaded from the eProcurement System https://eproc.publicprocurement.govmu.org. Reference Number on the system: RRAWOM/IFB/2024/66 3. Expression of Interest must be submitted online on the eProcurement System at latest by 26 December 2024 up to 09:00 hours (Local Time). 4. Consultants who have submitted proposals online by the closing date and time shall decrypt and re-encrypt their proposals from 26 December 2024 from 12:01 hours till 30 December 2024 up to 10:00 hours (local time). 5.
