Tenders are invited for Sow -Stta #029 - Optimizing Comprehensive Services and Enabling Environment in Msmeda for Sustainable Msme Growth Deadline: December 22, 2024 MAIN TASKS: The short-term technical expert/consultant is expected to sequentially provide the following: 1. Conducting a Comprehensive Assessment of MSMEDAs non-financial services and Its Branches )32) and other service providers: - Thoroughly evaluating the current range of non-financial services offered by MSMEDA and its branches (32) and other service providers. - Identifying strengths, gaps, and opportunities in service delivery to better cater to the needs of MSMEs and Entrepreneurship. 2. Categorizing Services into Digital and Offline Activities: - Systematically classifying MSMEDAs and non-financial services into digital and offline categories for targeted and efficient service delivery. 3. Providing Recommendations for Adding or Removing Services: - Assess the relevance of existing non-financial services and recommend the addition of new services that address emerging needs and trends within the MSME and entrepreneurship sectors. - Identify underperforming or redundant services and suggest their removal or reengineering to improve efficiency and resource allocation. - Propose service enhancements that leverage technology and innovation to better support MSMEs and streamline service delivery.
