4.1 The Subject Of The Order Is The Preparation Of A General Plan For The Kurzętnik Commune. 4.2 The Contractor Undertakes To Perform The Following Activities: 1) Preparation Of The Plan In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Act Of March 27, 2003 On Spatial Planning And Development (Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 1130), And In Particular With The Provisions Of Art. 13A, 13B, 13C, 13D, 13E, 13F, 13 G, 13 I, 13 J, 13 K, 13M, Acts, Including: A) Substantive Preparation Of Formal And Legal Documents (Statutorily Required Letters, Notices, Announcements And Announcements:, About Entering Into Public Consultations On The Draft Plan And Other Necessary Development Announcements As Part Of The Subject Of The Order Draft Plan, Statements Of Opinions And Arrangements, And To Cooperate In Conducting The Procedure And Documentation Of Planning Works, B) Preparing Materials And Letters In Order To Obtain Opinions And Arrangements, Including The Municipal Urban Planning And Architectural Commission, C) Introducing Any Changes Resulting From The Arrangements, Repeating The Procedure To The Extent Necessary, If Necessary, D) Participation In Open Meetings, Expert Panels Or Workshops, Outdoor Meetings, Study Walks, Designer Visits, Conducting Interviews, Preparing Surveys And Geosurveys, Collecting Comments, Running A Consultation Point (Method, Place And Date Agreed With The Ordering Party) Related To The Solutions Adopted In The Draft Plan As Part Of The Selected Form Of Public Consultations, E) Preparing (In Consultation With The Ordering Party) Documents, Letters, Surveys, Geo-Surveys, Announcements, Announcements, Notices And Others In The Procedure For Preparing The Plan Specified In Art. 13I Section 3 Of The Above-Mentioned Act, Including Social Consultations Referred To In Art. 8I, 8J And 8K Of The Act, F) Presentation Of The Draft Plan And Participation In Social Consultations On The Solutions Adopted In The Project, During Meetings Of The Municipal Urban And Architectural Committee And Participation In Meetings With The Participation Of Councilors (Community Council Committees And Sessions ),G) Preparing A Justification For The Plan In Accordance With Art. 13H Of The Act On Spatial Planning And Development, H) Preparation Of Spatial Data For The Plan In Accordance With Art. 67A Of The Act (At Various Stages Of Plan Development), I) Conducting A Strategic Environmental Impact Assessment, Including Preparing A Forecast Of The Environmental Impact Of The Draft Plan In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Act Of October 3, 2008 On The Provision Of Information On The Environment And Its Protection, Public Participation In Environmental Protection And Environmental Impact Assessments (Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 1112), J) Preparation Of An Ecophysiographic Study, K) Introducing Changes Resulting From The Voivodes Supervisory Decisions Into The Resolution Approving The Plan, Responding To These Decisions (Possibly Repeating The Procedure To The Extent Req
