The Subject Of The Order Includes The Provision Of Specialized Care Services For Children And Adolescents With Mental Disorders In Their Place Of Residence, Consisting Of: 2.3.1 Teaching And Developing Skills Necessary For Independent Living, In Particular Shaping The Ability To Meet Basic Life Needs And Social Functioning Skills, Motivating For Activity, Treatment And Rehabilitation, Conducting Self-Service And Social Skills Training And Providing Support, Also In The Form Of Assisting In Everyday Life Activities; 2.3.2 Care - As Support For The Treatment Process, Including Assistance In Access To Services Health Care, Arranging And Keeping An Eye On The Dates Of Medical Visits And Diagnostic Tests, Assistance In Purchasing Or Ordering Drugs At A Pharmacy, Supervising The Intake Of Drugs And Observing Possible Side Effects Of Their Use, Assistance In Reaching Health Care Facilities And Rehabilitation Facilities;2.4. Estimated Hours Approx. 1488 Hours. An Estimated 4 Children Will Benefit From Specialist Care Services. The Actual Number Of Hours Of Service Provision Will Depend On The Needs Of The Ordering Party. The Ordering Party Reserves That The Number Of Hours May Change (Increase Or Decrease) Because They Cannot Be Determined Precisely Due To The Specificity Of The Order, Which Is Characterized By A Changeable Number Of Beneficiaries And Their Needs Due To Their Changing Health Condition And Life Situation.2.5.
