Journal Of Laws Of 2023, Item 1314)2.2 Estimated Amount Of Fuel To Be Purchased Within 12 Months From The Date Of Signing The Contract: A) 5,500 L Of Unleaded Petrol Pb 95B) 20,000 L Of Oil The Minimum Amount Of Fuel That Will Be Purchased Under The Contract Is: 3,300 Liters Of Gasoline Unleaded Pb-95 And 12,000 Liters Of Diesel Oil2.3 Conditions Of Order Fulfillment: Fuel Will Be Purchased Throughout The Country (Rp) Using Cards For Cashless Transactions, The So-Called Fleet Cards At The Gas Stations That The Contractor Will Have At Its Disposal To Complete The Order, I.E. At Least 32 (Thirty-Two) Gas Stations In The Country (Poland), Including At Least 2 (Two) In Each Voivodeship, At Least One At A Distance Of No More Than 8 Km From The Registered Office Of The Ordering Party - Kościuszki 10 Street, 87-720 Ciechocinek. The Ordering Party Does Not Require That These Are Fuel Stations Belonging To The Contractor, They May Be Fuel Stations/Fuel Distribution Networks With Which The Contractor Concludes Or Has Already Concluded Appropriate Contracts/Arrangements Under Which It May Offer At These Stations/Fuel Distribution Networks The Possibility Of Purchasing Fuel Made On Throughout The Country (Rp) Using Cards For Cashless Transactions, The So-Called Fleet Cards.
