A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order And The Method Of Its Implementation Is Specified In Annex No. 6 To Swz.3. The Quantities Of Individual Shipment Items Specified By The Ordering Party, Specified In The Assortment And Price Form - Annex No. 6.1 To The Swz, Are Estimates, Adopted For The Purpose Of Comparing Offers And Selecting The Most Advantageous Offer. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right Not To Use Or Increase The Number Of Indicated Shipments. Specific Types And Quantities Of Individual Shipments As Part Of The Services Provided May Change Depending On The Needs Of The Ordering Party, To Which The Contractor Agrees And Will Not Pursue Any Claims For Changes In Quantity And Type During The Execution Of The Subject Of The Order.
