Constituting The Resources Of The City Of Piotrków Trybunalski. Scope Of The Order: Performance Of Works Related To Management And Acting As A Substitute Investor For The Real Estate Resources Of The City Of Piotrków Trybunalski In Accordance With The Principles Resulting From Legal Provisions And Professional Standards And In Accordance With Professional Ethics, In Relation To: 1) Developed Real Estate Remaining In The Possession Of The City, The List Of Which Is Included In Annex No. 1 To The Draft Provisions Of The Agreement, 2) Uninhabited Real Estate Owned By The City Of Piotrków Trybunalski, Co-Ownership Of The City And Other Persons Previously Managed By The City Or In The Possession Of The City, The List Of Which Is Included In Annex No. 2 To The Draft Provisions Of The Agreement, 3) Real Estate Constituting Co-Ownership Of The City Of Piotrków Trybunalski And Other Persons Previously Managed By The City Or Entities Operating Commissioned By The City - Annex No. 3 To The Draft Provisions Of The Contract, 4) Residential Premises To Which The City Of Piotrków Trybunalski Obtained Legal Title Based On Court Decisions - Annex No. 4 To The Proposed Provisions Of The Contract. List Of The Above-Mentioned. Real Estate Will Change. The Ordering Party Has The Right, Pursuant To A Unilateral Declaration Of Will, To Reduce, Increase Or Temporarily Exclude Individual Elements From It, In Particular As A Result Of The Following Situations: Disposal Of Individual Elements Of The Resource, Return Or Purchase Of Real Estate On The Basis Of Decisions Of The Court And Administrative Bodies, Demolition Of Buildings, Exclusion From Operation, Updating The Area After An Inventory Of The Resource, Transferring The Property To Another Entity And Making A Decision On A Different Method Of Developing The Property. As Part Of The Function Of A Substitute Investor, The Contractor Will Perform Tasks In The Field Of Organization, Conduct, Coordination, Supervision, Management, As Well As Reporting And Settlement Of Investment Processes Related To The Construction, Reconstruction, Modernization And Renovation Covered By The Above-Mentioned Agreement. Real Estate, Included In The Renovation Plan (Approved By The Ordering Party. 2. The Ordering Party Requires That The Total Share Of Electric Vehicles Or Natural Gas-Powered Vehicles In The Motor Vehicle Fleet Within The Meaning Of Article 2 Point 33 Of The Act Of 20 June 1997 - Road Traffic Law Used In The Performance Of This Task Was At Least 10%, In Accordance With Article 68(3) Of The Act Of January 11, 2018 On Electromobility And Alternative Fuels - Applies To Part 1 And Part 2.3. The Ordering Party Reserves The Obligation For The Contractor To Personally Perform Key Tasks: Part 1: 1) Financial And Accounting Services, 2) Conducting Proceedings To Select A Contractor For Construction Works Or Services In Accordance With With The Provisions Of The Public Procurement Law And Internal Regulations - In Accordance With Th
