The Subject Of The Order Is The Preparation Of A General Plan For The Choszczno Commune Within The Administrative Boundaries Of The Commune - Hereinafter Referred To As The Plan (Including The Entire Planning Procedure).2. The Plan That Is The Subject Of The Contract Must Be Prepared In Accordance With Applicable Legal Acts, In Particular: 1) The Act Of March 27, 2003 On Spatial Planning And Development (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 1130) , Hereinafter Referred To As The Upl Act, 2) Regulation Of The Minister Of Development And Technology Of December 8, 2023 R., Regarding The Draft General Plan Of The Commune, Documenting Planning Works In The Scope Of The Plan And Issuing Extracts And Drawings From It (Journal Of Laws Of 2023, Item 2758), 3) Act Of October 3, 2008, On Providing Information About The Environment And Its Protection, Public Participation In Environmental Protection And Environmental Impact Assessments (Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 1112), 4) In Accordance With The Provisions Of Resolution No. Iii/19/2024 Of The Choszczno City Council Of July 4, 2024 On The Commencement Of The Preparation Of The General Plan Of The Choszczno Commune, 5) Taking Into Account The Comments Submitted By The Ordering Party During The Implementation Of The Contract And The Current Court Decisions Regarding Spatial Development, 6) Other Provisions Resulting From Relevant Legal Acts Relating To The Subject Of The Order, Among Others Regarding Environmental Protection, Protection Of Monuments, Water Law, Protection Of Agricultural And Forest Land And Roads. 3. Under The Contract, The Contractor Undertakes To Perform The Following Activities: 1. Preparation Of A Plan In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Act On Public Procurement Law. In Particular With The Provisions Of Art. 13A, 13B, 13C, 13D, 13E, 13F, 13G, 13H, 13I, 13J, 13K, 13M Which Entered Into Force On September 24, 2023, As Well As The Implementing Provisions To This Act, Including: A) Substantive Preparation Formal And Legal Documents (Statutorily Required Letters, Notices, Announcements And Announcements: On The Commencement Of The Development Of The Plan, On The Commencement Of Public Consultations On The Draft Plan And Other Necessary As Part Of The Subject Of The Order, Announcements Regarding The Development Of The Draft Plan, Statements Of Opinions And Arrangements, And Cooperation In The Conduct Of The Procedure And Documentation Of Planning Works; B) Preparation Of Materials; And Letters To Obtain Opinions And Arrangements, Including The Municipal Urban Planning And Architectural Commission, According To The Distribution List Indicated By The Contractor; C) Introducing Any Changes Resulting From The Arrangements, Repeating The Procedure To The Extent Necessary, If Necessary, If Necessary, Preparing The Content Of Complaints Against The Decisions; D) Physical Participation In: Open Meetings, Expert Panels Or Workshops, Outdoor Meetings, Study Walks, Designers Duties,
