Systems Support Services – Contract For Provision Of Support And Maintenance Of Existing Telephony Platform (Mx-One). The Ordering Party Carries Out A Public Tender For Support And Maintenance Of The Ordering Partys Existing Telephony Platform Mx-One, For Which The Ordering Party Has Acquired An Unlimited Right Of Use In 2016 (Eut 2016/S 013-017812). With This Tender, The Operation, Maintenance And Support Of The Customers Telephony Platform Is Offered. This Operating Agreement Includes Support And Maintenance (Software Assurance) Of The Existing Platform, Which Is Described In More Detail In Appendix 2B (Customers Telecommunications Environment), And Must Be Performed Under The Terms Specified In The Contract, Including Appendix 4 (Support And Maintenance), Appendix 5 (Operation) And Appendix 6 (Service Targets). It Should Be Noted That This Is Not A Replacement Of The Telephony Platform, But Only Support For The Operation Of The Existing Solution.
