Animal Feedstuffs – Diet For Laboratory Animals 2025 - 2026. The Goal Of The Procurement Procedure Is To Conclude A Framework Agreement For A Fixed Period From 1 February 2025 To 1 February 2027 With One Supplier, Whose Offer Will Be Evaluated As The Most Economically Advantageous. The Framework Agreement Will Regulate The Framework Conditions For Awarding Individual Public Contracts, The Subject Of Which Will Be The Recurring Supply Of Diet For Laboratory Animals. If The Framework Agreement Is Concluded (Both Sides Signed) After 1 February 2025, It Will Be Effective From The Date Of Its Publication In The Register Of Contracts. On The Basis Of This Framework Agreement, Individual Contracts Will Be Awarded On The Basis Of Partial Orders In Accordance With § 134 Zzvz, In A Procedure Without Renewal Of The Competition. The Binding Model Of The Framework Agreement Is Annex No. 2 Zd. The Subject Of The Public Contract Is The Conclusion Of A Framework Agreement With One Supplier, Which Will Regulate The Framework Conditions For Awarding Individual Public Contracts, The Subject Of Which Will Be The Supply Of Diet (Feed) For The Breeding Of Laboratory Animals, Including The Packaging And Treatment Of Feed According To The Needs Of The Contracting Authority And The Transport Of Feed To The Place Of Performance Of The Specified Public Contract In The Individual Sub-Contract.
