Fulfillment Of All Obligations Of The Contracting Authority Provided For In The Mentioned Ordinance; 3. Preparation Of The Final Construction Report, According To Art. 168, Para. 6 Of The Zut And §3 Of The Dr Of Ordinance No. 2 Of July 31, 2003. For Putting Into Operation The Constructions In The Republic Of Bulgaria And Minimum Warranty Periods For Completed Construction And Installation Works, Facilities And Construction Sites And Technical Passport For The Construction According To Art. 176A Of Zut And Ordinance No. 5 Of 2006. For The Technical Passports Of The Constructions; 4. Management Of The Commissioning Processes Of The Construction Until The Issuance Of A Permit For The Use Of The Construction - Subject Of The Order; 5. Management Of The Processes For The Removal Of Construction Defects Within The Warranty Periods According To Ordinance No. 2 Of July 31, 2003. For The Commissioning Of Constructions In The Republic Of Bulgaria And Minimum Warranty Periods For Completed Construction And Assembly Works, Facilities And Construction Sites; 6. Fulfillment Of The Administrative Requirements According To The Applicable Regulations. The Contractor Must Perform The Tasks Arising From His Duties As A Construction Supervisor Through The Legally Competent Natural Persons Indicated In The Certified List Of The Team Of Legally Competent Natural Persons Through Whom The Activity Is Carried Out - An Integral Part Of The Certificate Issued To The Contractor For The Exercise Of The Activities Under Art. 166, Para. 1, Item 1 According To Art. 166 Par. 2 Of The Zut. Installation Of 416 Pcs. Fire Hydrants And 128 Pcs. Airmen, And Reconstruction Of 1087 Pcs. Building Plumbing Diversions.
