It Services: Consulting, Software Development, Internet And Support – Offer Of Contract For Maintenance, Support And Further Development Of Jar (Soil Pollution Act Area Register). In This Tender, The Ordering Party Wishes To Obtain Offers For The Maintenance, Support And Further Development Of The Jar (Regional Land Pollution Acts Area Register), Subsequently Referred To As The System. The Service Generally Consists Of The Following Three Parts And Two Options That Must Be Quoted: (A) Maintenance: The Maintenance Part Includes Operation And Updating Of Various Shared Environments Regarding The System, Maintenance Of The Backlog With Changes And Errors (Issue Tracking System) And Own Project Management , Administration, Etc. (B) Support: The Support Part Includes Ongoing Support For The Ordering Partys Project Group. The Support Services Fall Into Two Categories: I) General Support – I.E. Support On The Elements Of The System That Are Common To All Orderers And Are Financed By The Jar Collaboration. Ii) Local Support – I.E. Support For The Individual Orderers Installations Of The System. Local Support Is Covered By The Contract, But Is Financed By The Individual Orderer. (C) Further Development: Further Development Of The System Must Take Place On An Ongoing Basis As Adaptations, Bug Fixes And New Functions Are Requested By The Ordering Party, The Browsers Are Developed, Etc., If The Project Group Demands This, Or If The Ordering Party Otherwise Wishes To Upgrade The System. (D) Establishment And Delivery Of System Transfer Environment, Option: Establishment And Delivery Of System Transfer Environment. This Service Is An Option That The Ordering Party, I.E. The Regions Jointly, Can Opt-In. (E) Maintainer, Option: Maintainer For The Ordering Partys Common Gis Component. The Maintainer Must Carry Out A Technical Review And Approval, If Necessary. Changes In The Ordering Partys Common Gis Component. This Service Is An Option That The Ordering Party, I.E. The Regions Jointly, Can Opt-In. The Acquisition Is Not Divided Into Partial Agreements. The Reason For This Is That It Has Not Been Assessed As Commercially And Economically Appropriate Due To The Nature, Size And Interface Issues Of The Service. The Offer Is A Re-Tender. Changes Have Been Made To The Tender Material, And The Applicant Is Therefore Encouraged To Read The Tender Material Carefully.
