The Project Is A Housing Development With 45 Homes Being Built In Aalborg East As New Construction. The Tender Is Carried Out As An Early Tender In The Main Contract, Where A Cooperation Agreement Is Entered Into Between The Contractor, General Consultant And Client On The Basis Of The Present Tender. The Cooperation Agreement Is Already Entered Into On The Basis Of The Overall Consultants Outline Proposal. It Is Therefore Not Possible For The Contractor To Offer A Main Contract Sum When The Agreement Is Concluded. Instead, The Contractor Must Offer To Carry Out The Project At A Fixed Price Once The Preliminary Execution Project Has Been Drawn Up.
