The Ordering Party Informs That The Task Entitled Delivery Of A Medium Special Rescue Vehicle With A Lift For The Potasznia Volunteer Fire Department As Part Of The Project Retrofitting The Volunteer Fire Department Units From The Suwałki Commune With Rescue Equipment Is Financed Under The European Funds For Podlaskie 2021-2027 Program, Priority Ii. Environmentally Friendly Region, Measure 2.7 Adaptation To Climate Change, Project Type: Development Of Environmental Forecasting And Warning Systems And Rescue Systems. 3.3. The Subject Of The Order Includes The Delivery Of: One Medium Special Rescue Vehicle With A Lift For The Potasznia Volunteer Fire Department - Hereinafter Referred To As The Car Or Vehicle. 3.4. The Vehicle, Chassis And Fire-Fighting Structure Must Be Brand New, Free From Physical And Legal Defects. The Vehicle Must Be Ready For Use For Its Intended Purpose. 3.5. Chassis Not Older Than 2025. 3.6. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Is Attached As Annex No. 1 To The Swz - Description Of The Subject Of The Contract (Minimum Technical And Operational Parameters), Swz And Its Annexes. 3.7. The Requirements Specified In Annex No. 1 - Description Of The Subject Of The Order (Minimum Technical And Operational Parameters) Regarding The Subject Of The Order Are Minimum Requirements. The Ordering Party Allows The Subject Of The Order To Be Offered With Better Parameters, Which The Contractor Should Present In Annex No. 2A To The Swz And Submit Together With The Offer. The Improved Parameters Offered Cannot Result In The Vehicle Being Reclassified As A Light Or Heavy Rescue Vehicle. 3.8. The Place Of Delivery Of The Vehicle Is The Registered Office/Branch/Plant Of The Contractor. The Delivery Will Be Made Within 10 Months From Signing The Contract On Working Days, I.E. From Monday To Friday From 8.00 A.M. To 3.00 P.M., Excluding Public Holidays. The Contractor Will Notify The Ordering Party In Writing Of Its Readiness To Carry Out Technical And Quality Acceptance Of The Subject Of The Contract At Least 7 Days In Advance. 3.8.1. The Ordering Party Requires The Contractor To Organize The Travel Of 4 Representatives Of The Ordering Party, Including Persons Who Are To Be Trained In Accordance With The Point Below, At Its Own Expense. 3.8.2. On The Day Of Collection Of The Vehicle, The Contractor, At His Own Expense, Undertakes To Conduct Training In The Basic Operation Of The Vehicle For Two Representatives Of The Ordering Party, I.E. Designated By The Ordering Party, Which Will Take Place Within 1 Business Day.
