Quotation are invited for Sub Grant to Establish and Implement a Cross-Border Mechanism for Improving Access to Remedy for Migrant Workers with Practical Guidelines on Cross-Border Grievance Mechanisms that will Empower Csos and Migrant-Driven Organizations to Effectively Support Migrant Workers of All Gender without Discrimination to State-Based Justice and Non-State-Based Grievance Mechanisms in the Cambodia-Thailand Corridor Sub-Grant to CSO. Expected Deliverables: Inception report outlining the work plan and methodology. Draft guideline on cross-border grievance mechanisms. Validation workshop report. Final guideline incorporating feedback from the validation workshop. Training module and report on the capacity-building session. Conducting training sessions for CSOs. Progress report of every 3 months and a final project report detailing implementation outcomes, challenges, and recommendation for future initiatives Bidder Eligibility The applicant CSO must meet the following criteria: Proven experience in working with migrant workers, particularly in the Cambodia-Thailand corridor. Demonstrated knowledge of grievance mechanisms and legal frameworks related to labour rights. Strong experience in conducting assessment, organizing workshops, and deliver training sessions. A strong network of stakeholders, including other CSOs, government agencies, and migrant worker communities. Experience in implementing sub-grant with UN agencies/development partners.
