1. Subject Of The Orderthe Subject Of The Order Is The Construction Of A Brine Graduation Tower With Accompanying Infrastructure Located On Plot 405/3 At Ul. Nadjeziorna In Ełk In The Design And Build Formula. An Investment Task Carried Out As Part Of The Civic Budget Of The Inhabitants Of The City Of Ełk. The Investment Will Be Implemented In Two Stages. The Investment Area Is Located In A Conservation Protection Zone. 1.1. Scope Of The Order As Part Of The Order, The Contractor Will Develop A Comprehensive Design For The Construction Of The Graduation Tower, Divided Into Two Stages, Obtain The Necessary Decisions For Its Implementation And Carry Out The First Stage Of Construction Works. The Scope Of Construction Works Covered By The First Stage Is Specified In The Fup (Functional And Utility Program) And In This Description Of The Subject Of The Order. The Designed Graduation Tower Must Meet The Parameters Specified In The Fup. The Scope Of The Order Includes: 1) Preparation Of Design Documentation, Including: A) Obtaining A Current Map For Design Purposes For The Purposes Of Preparing A Land Development Project, B) Preparing A Construction Design Along With All Arrangements And Studies Necessary For The Implementation Of The Task, Including: Land Development Design, Architectural And Construction Design, Technical Designs (The Construction Design Should Be Submitted In 6 Paper Copies, Designs Technical Documents In 3 Copies, And Other Studies In 2 Copies; Additionally, The Contractor Will Provide All Documentation In An Editable Electronic Version On An External Medium).
