The Subject Of The Procedure And Order Is To Select A Contractor For The Comprehensive Supply Of Gas Fuel, Including Sales And Distribution For 2025. Gas Will Be Supplied On The Basis Of A Contract Containing The Provisions Of The Sales Contract And The Contract For The Provision Of Gas Transmission Or Distribution Services (Comprehensive Contract) And Will Be Performed In Accordance With With The Provisions Of The Act Of April 10, 1997 Energy Law, The Civil Code And The Implementing Regulations Issued On Their Basis. Gas Will Be Supplied To 3 Points Consumption, Which Are Subject To Tariff Protection. The Estimated Demand For Natural Gas In The Period From January 1, 2025 To December 31, 2025 Is 550,177 Kwh. Natural Gas Should Meet Technical Standards In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Energy Law And The Implementing Regulations To This Act And Polish Standards The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Ensure The Quality Standards Of The Ordering Partys Service In Accordance With The Applicable Legal Provisions Energy. The Contractor Should Ensure Continuity Of Supplies Without Any Interruptions In Supplies And Have A Reserve Guaranteeing Continuity Of Supplies. The Ordering Party Informs That The Process Of Changing The Supplier Is Taking Place Once Again. The Contractor Undertakes To Carry Out The Procedure Of Changing The Supplier Of Gas Fuels, In Accordance With The Instruction For Operation And Operation Of The Distribution Network ( Iriesd) In The Scope Of Providing And Using Gas Fuel Distribution Services. The Ordering Party Will Grant The Contractor A Power Of Attorney To Carry Out The Procedure For Changing The Gas Fuel Supplier, Which Will Also Include The Contractors Termination Of The Currently Applicable Contracts. The Ordering Party Agrees To Conclude The Contract In Correspondence Or Electronic Form Using A Qualified Electronic Signature. Intake Points Are Subject To Tariff Protection. For Protected Points Tariff, The Ordering Party Agrees To Change The Rates (Increase Or Decrease) For Gas Fuel And The Subscription Fee If The President Of The Energy Regulatory Office Approves The New Tariff Contractors. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Is Attached As Annex No. 4 To The Swz, While The Terms Of Execution Of The Contract Are Included In The Draft Provisions Of The Public Procurement Contract, Which Constitute Annex No. 5 To The Swz.
