Tenders Are Invited For Purchase Of A Customized Minibus For Disabled People In Wheelchairs.

1. The Subject Of The Order Is: Purchase Of A Minibus Adapted To Accommodate Disabled People In Wheelchairs.2. Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order - Annex No. 1 To The Swz. The Parameters Specified In This Annex Are The Minimum Required By The Ordering Party. The Car Should Have All The Necessary Documents Allowing The Vehicle To Be Used On The Road In The Country And Meet The Conditions Specified In The Environmental Protection Regulations In Force In Poland. 3. The Car Must Meet The Technical Requirements Specified By The Regulations In Force In Poland For Vehicles Traveling On Public Roads, Including The Technical Conditions Resulting From The Act Of June 20, 1997. Road Traffic Law (Consolidated Text, Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 1251) And The Implementing Regulations To This Act And Other Provisions Of Applicable National Law And Eu Law, Including Approval. 4. The Vehicle Must Have A Certificate Of Approval As A Passenger Car Intended For The Transport Of Disabled Persons Issued By A Statutorily Authorized Body And Must Meet The Conditions Contained In The Regulation Of The Minister Of Infrastructure On The Technical Conditions Of Vehicles And The Scope Of Their Necessary Equipment (Journal Of Laws Of 2014, Item .502, As Amended). The Ordering Party Allows The Delivery Of A Vehicle That Has An Approval Certificate For The Base Vehicle And Documents Necessary For Two-Stage Registration (E.G. Tests At A Diagnostic Station Confirming That After Adaptation It Is A Car Approved For Use As A Car Adapted To Transport Disabled People). Together With The Delivery Of The Subject Of The Order, The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide: - A Current Vehicle Approval Certificate, - A Manual For The Operation, Equipment And Maintenance Of The Vehicle In Polish, - A Vehicle Warranty Card In Polish, - A List Of Authorized Service Stations Authorized To Perform Repairs And Inspections. During The Warranty Period, - Approvals, Certificates And Other Documents Provided For By Law, In Particular Certifying Compliance With Environmental Standards, Document Confirming Compliance With Exhaust Emission Standards, - Sets Of Keys, Remote Controls Or Other Tools/Information Provided By The Manufacturer To Start Or Secure The Car. 5. The Minimum Requirements Of The Ordering Party Regarding The Contractors Warranty For The Offered Car Are Specified In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order (Appendix No. 1 To The Swz). The Warranty Period Will Start From The Date Of Signing The Acceptance Protocol Without Any Reservations, In Accordance With Annex No. 3 - Draft Contract And Annex No. 6 To The Swz - Acceptance Protocol. 6. The Contractor Will Ensure The Fulfillment Of Warranty Obligations, Inspections And Repairs At At Least 1 Authorized Service Station Of The Manufacturer Of The Offered Car At A Distance Of No More Than 50 Km From The Town Of Koło (Koło District, Greater Poland Voivodeship).
