1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Development Of Comprehensive Design And Cost Estimate Documentation Solving Problems Related To The Construction Of A Section Of The Road At Ul. Maria, Covering In Particular The Following Scope: 1) Reconstruction And Construction Of A Public, Municipal Road With Traffic Category Kr1, In Accordance With The Conditions Of The Road Management Department Of The Municipal Office; 2) Reconstruction Of The Intersection Of The Planned Road With The District Road Ul. Aleksandra Fredry, Plot Number 507/2;3) Construction Of Road Drainage By Designing Road Inlets For The Ø 500 Storm Sewage System Designed According To A Separate Study On The Section From The Existing Kd Well At The Intersection Of Urszula And Marii Streets To The Intersection With Ul. Fredry;4) Design And Agree With The Owners Of Properties Adjacent To The Road The Location Of Exits From The Road To The Property;5) Construction Of A Service Channel With Wells And Branches To Each Property In Accordance With The Conditions Of The Road Management Department Of The Municipal Office; 6) Construction/Reconstruction Of Horizontal And Vertical Markings;7) Preparation Of A Permanent Traffic Organization Design And Its Approval By The Competent Authority;8) Design Of Street Lighting, In Accordance With The Technical Specifications Of The Department Of Environmental Protection And Agriculture Of The Municipal Office And The Department Of Real Estate Management And Spatial Planning Of The Municipal Office;9 ) Designing The Reconstruction/Protection Of Existing Infrastructure Not Related To The Road, Resulting From Decisions Of Competent Authorities And Arrangements With Institutions And Owners Infrastructure; 10) Preparation Of A Greenery Design, Including Trees To Be Cut Down That Interfere With The Investment And New Plantings Of Greenery.2. The Scope Of The Order Includes: 1) Preparation Of Pre-Design Studies: A) Geodetic Studies, B) Geotechnical Documentation (Min. 3 Holes); 2) Development Of The Program Concept Of The Road And Its Positive Agreement With The Ordering Party, Road Managers And The Relevant Housing Estate Council (Agreement With The Ro On The Side Of The Ordering Party);3) Preparation Of Design Documentation Consisting Of: A) Construction Design Consisting Of: A.1. Plot Or Area Development Project, A.2. Architectural And Construction Design, A.3. Technical Design,A.4. Information Regarding Safety And Health Protection,A.5. A Set Of All Conditions, Arrangements, Opinions And Decisions Required By Law (Hereinafter Referred To As Formal And Legal Documents), Including Obtaining A Derogation From Technical Conditions (If Necessary), Obtaining An Environmental Decision (If Necessary), Obtaining The Opinion Of The Provincial Conservator Monuments; B) Documentation For The Declaration Of Works That Do Not Require A Building Permit Or For Facilities To Be Demolished (If Necessary), C) Detailed Design For Individual Industries, D) Bill Of Quantities For Ind
