The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of 24-Hour Physical Security Of The Azoty Sports And Entertainment Hall Located At Ul. Mostowa 1A In Kędzierzyn-Koźle And Convoying Of Monetary Values ​​From The Facilities Of The Municipal Sports And Recreation Center In Kędzierzyn-Koźle In The Period From January 1, 2025 To December 31, 2025. The Security Service Will Be Provided In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Act Of August 22, 1997 On Protection Of Persons And Property (Journal Of Laws Of 2021 Item 1995) And Includes In Particular: A) 24-Hour Security Of The Azoty Sports And Entertainment Hall Building (Ul. Mostowa 1A In Kędzierzyn-Koźle), Every Day Of The Week. The Azoty Sports And Entertainment Hall (Hereinafter: The Hall) Is Under The Permanent Management Of The Municipal Sports And Recreation Center In Kędzierzyn-Koźle; B) Direct Visits To The Hall At Least Once Every 3 Hours And Observing The Signals Of Monitoring Devices Installed In The Sports Facility; C) Monitoring Monitoring From The Hall Facility Via Camera Systems; D) Protection Of The Area Adjacent To The Hall In The Form Of Plot No. 46/8 (Parking Lot, Green Area); E) Verifying The Rights Of Persons Staying In The Hall To Stay In This Facility During Periods When It Is Closed; F) Calling On People To Leave The Sports Facility If It Is Found That They Do Not Have The Right To Stay In The Hall Or If There Is A Disturbance; G) Arresting People Staying In The Hall And Posing An Obvious Direct Threat To Human Life And Health, As Well As To The Property Of The Sports Facility, In To Immediately Hand Over These People To The Police; H) Checking Alarm Signals From Monitoring Devices Installed In The Hall And, If Necessary, Notifying The Appropriate Services (Police, Fire Brigade, Emergency Medical Services, Emergency Services Of Relevant Technical Services), I) Providing Persons Staying In The Hall During Periods When It Is Open With Information To Facilitate Using The Services Provided At This Facility; J) Cooperation With The Ordering Partys Employees And With Security Staff Of Mass Events Taking Place In The Hall In Maintaining Order In This Facility; K) Keeping A Book Of Reports On The Security Of The Sports Facility On An Ongoing Basis And Immediately Making It Available At Each Request Of The Ordering Party; L) Operating, If Necessary, A Resuscitation Device-Defibrillator Located In The Security Room; M) Keeping Records Of The Use Of The Facility.
