The Subject Of The Order Is Provision Of Year-Round Cleaning And Maintenance Services For External Areas Managed By The Specialized Psychiatric Health Care Center In Łódź And Internal Transport Services. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In Annex No. 2A To The Swz, Annex No. 2 To The Swz (Assortment And Price Form) And Annex No. 3 To The Swz (Draft Contract). 2. The Service Of Cleaning And Maintenance Of External Areas Together With The Internal Transport Service Will Be Carried Out Within The Scope Of The Contractors Responsibility And In Accordance With The Principles And Legal Provisions Applicable In This Area, In Particular In Accordance With: ▪ Act Of April 27, 2001 Environmental Protection Law (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 54, As Amended);▪ Act Of April 16 2004 On Nature Protection (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 1478, As Amended); ▪ Act Of September 13, 1996 On Maintaining Cleanliness And Order In Municipalities (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2024) R.
